Swift Water Rescue Training at the Tees Barrage

We had a great time last week photographing members of the Tyne and Wear Fire & Rescue Service during their Swift Water Rescue Training at the Tees Barrage International White Water Centre. They started out on the long course and then, after lunch, moved on to the more violent short course where they practised rescuing people trapped in cars.
