This short, cinematic video was created to tell the story behind Freet Barefoot’s CoffeeYarn material — a fabric made using recycled coffee grounds. The goal was to create a clean, elegant piece of visual storytelling that explained what CoffeeYarn is and why it matters, all in under a minute.
We crafted a smooth visual sequence that transforms coffee grounds into high-performance shoe fabric, blending abstract textures and transitions to build a sense of material evolution. Every shot was designed to be visually striking while supporting the sustainable innovation message behind the product. A calm, considered voiceover carried the narrative, delivering just enough context to support the visuals without overwhelming them. Aside from a closing title showing the Freet and Tanga 2 branding, the focus remained entirely on the transformation itself.
The video was used across Freet’s website and social platforms, and has also been embedded within a blog post to support their eco messaging and brand values. It pairs perfectly with content about sustainability and circular design, making it a key part of Freet’s push to connect with environmentally conscious customers.
If you want to tell the story behind your materials or production process in a visually impactful way, we’d love to help you bring it to life.
